SHIPMENTS INSIDE THE UNITED STATES 

For a specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please email us at info@flashkap.com before placing an order.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your FlashKap as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to make that happen! The typical processing time before shipment will be estimated at 3-5 days.

A shipping confirmation email, including carrier-specific tracking information, will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item's shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Thursday evening or Friday morning.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES are subjected to a $45 shipping and handling fee. 

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the recipient's sole responsibility. 

Please allow an additional 7-14 business days to process your order. 

FOR ANY REASON, IF THE SHIPMENT IS REJECTED BY THE CUSTOMER: THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TO AND RETURNING SHIPPING FEES.
